1. All goods remain the property of Upbeat Recordings until payment is made in full.
2. Return policy limited to faulty goods and incorrect supply.
3. All goods are shipped second class post (UK inland) or airmail (Overseas).
4. Orders will normally be sent within five working days. Please allow 15 days for overseas delivery.
5. We are a small company and occasionally take much needed holidays, in which case please allow 28 days for delivery. If goods have not been received within 28 days of ordering, please get in touch by e-mail.
