Baby, features the line-up that became known as his second 'classic' band, which gained a such reputation internationally that they were invited to play at the prestigious Newport Jazz Festival in 1968. They became the first choice of visiting American guests looking for first class accompaniment - the likes of Pee Wee Russell, Red Allen and Bud Freeman were always delighted with the results!
